Choose between our $50 or $100 box, and we’ll fill it with a variety of cuts based on what we have available. From steaks and roasts to ground beef and more, every box is a little different!
We aim to keep ground beef to half or less of each box, so you’ll always get a variety of other cuts to enjoy.
And here’s the fun part: Since we’re doing the picking, we like to throw in a little extra! Some boxes may have even more surprises depending on what we have available.
Good to know: Every box includes multiple cuts beyond ground beef. Exact cuts, quantities, weights, and values vary based on availability. Specific cuts cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Our beef is raised right here in the Garrison/Appleby area, USDA-processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.
