Naconiche Farms is a family-owned farm in the Garrison/Appleby area of East Texas. Our land has been in the family for more than 70 years, and today the farm is operated by the third generation. We’re proud to continue that tradition by raising cattle, growing seasonal produce, and providing farm-fresh eggs for our local community.
Our goal is simple: to produce quality food that local families can feel good about buying, at a fair and honest price.

How are our cattle fed?
Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished. They are raised on pasture and finished with grain before processing.
How do we grow our produce?
We use no-till, regenerative farming practices that focus on building healthy soil while minimizing disturbance to the land. We do not use pesticides.
How is our beef processed and packaged?
All of our beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility. Individual cuts are vacuum-sealed and frozen to maintain quality and freshness.
How much does a half or whole beef cost?
Whole beef is $6.50 per pound hanging weight, and half beef is $7.50 per pound hanging weight. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your beef, with the remaining balance due after processing.
When do we process cattle for half and whole beef orders?
We typically process cattle twice a year, in July and December. Processing generally takes about three weeks, although turnaround times can vary.
How do customers order individual cuts, eggs, or produce?
Available beef cuts, eggs, and seasonal produce can be ordered directly through our website. Orders are reserved for pickup, with payment due at pickup.
When and where are orders picked up?
Local orders are available for pickup on Saturdays at 5:30 PM at Lowe’s in Nacogdoches. Payment is due at pickup, and we accept cash, check, or Zelle.
Looking for a specific cut of beef?
If you’re looking for a cut that we don’t normally carry, send us a request! We’re happy to check with our processor to see if it can be included in an upcoming processing order. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
